Brian serves as the Sr. Vice President of Global Commercial Operations. In this role, Brian is responsible for overseeing WiM Global Sales & Marketing Divisions. He also leads WiM ongoing Business Development efforts continuously searching for new and innovative mobile added-value services and strategic partnerships with key customers.

In his 35 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Brian has developed and implemented a 360-degree business approach to mobile solutions. He served in multiple roles at several OEM Manufacturing Companies, Wireless Carriers, and Tier-1 Global Mobile Distributors, succesfully directing the fileds of Operations, Customer Service, and Sales & Marketing.

Jorge Sotolongo

Director of Technical Operations

Jorge is widely responsible for overseeing pre and post sales service operations before and after the Launch of New Products, providing Technical Support, Homologation Process support, Service Support Validation, Warranty Management, as well as establishing new business opportunities across the Americas region.

Jorge has over 30 years of experience in the Telecommunications Industry with an extensive track record in General Management, Service Center Operations, New Business Development, Product Management, After Sales/Customer Support and Account Management.

Ariel Centeno

Sr. Product Manager

Ariel is responsible for evaluating market and competitive trends, market and customer analysis, introduction of new products, develop product portfolios as well as planning/improving new or existing market products. He closely interacts with implementation teams with a focus on development of operational, commercial processes and strategy.

Ariel has over 25 years of international experience in the world of mobile communications in Latin America and North America, with great exposure to various cultures and ways of working. He brings a great knowledge to the team being also responsible for the study, identification and development of WiM new commercial strategies.
